Positive Response Dog Training currently provides group training classes in several convenient locations.

We are fortunate to provide both fully fenced outdoor and indoor facilities. Our weeknight classes are always protected from the weather and weekend classes are moved to our indoor facility in bad weather.  

Your registration is not a guarantee of a place in our class. For your place to be reserved you must either pay a deposit of $50 with final payment recieved two days prior to class to qualify for our discounted price. Prefered option is to pay in full with payment recieved prior to to your class commencing.

Payments made on the day do not include our discounted price.

Once your registration form has been submitted, an email is automatically forwarded to you with all information including an outline of the various payment methods.

Refunds

Deposits are fully refundable with 7 days notice in writing, prior to your class commencing. If a cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to any future enrolments.

Payments made in full are refundable with 5 days notice in writing prior to your class commencing. The amount LESS a $10 administration fee will be refunded. If less than 5 days notice is given, prior to your class commencing, your payment is forfeited.

Paynments made by credit card incure a fee. Any refunds made by credit card will be refunded at the price minus the card fee and $ 10 administration fee.

If you have paid for a class and commenced, then don't complete the course, you will not be refunded for parts of a course. If your circumstances are discussed with your trainer and the trainer deems it suitable, the trainer may move you to another class. 

If our trainers assess your dog to be unsuitable for group classes (including but not limited to bitches in oestrous) and or the dog is deemed to be a risk to other class members, their dogs or their accompaning persons, we reserve the right to withdraw your dog from classes. Your balance of your classes (which is broken down in class notes, training class and any advice/discussion with the trainer outside of the class time) will be calculated on a pro rata basis and applied towards the cost of a private consultation. That consultation will be run at a mutually convienient time and place. Any further private lessons required will be charged at the current private training rates. No refund will be given.

All placements are reserved in the order of monies paid.
